The Perfect Margarita

The key to this margarita is using Mexican Limes/Key Limes.  These small greenish-yellow limes that are very acidic and full juice & flavor. 

1 oz. white tequila

1 oz. Controy (Mexican orange liqueur) - can also use triple sec or Cointreau

Juice of 1 Mexican Lime

Salt - course

Ice

Moisten rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice then invert glass in a saucer of salt.  Shake tequila, liqueur, lime juice, and ice together and strain into a glass.

Makes 1 margarita.
